14-day returns

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email contactanos.por.aqui.siempre@gmail.com with your order number and, if the item is damaged or wrong, a photo. We will reply within 24 hours on business days with return instructions.

Return shipping

The customer pays for return shipping, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. In that case we will send a free replacement or refund you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
